Agents at Easy Realty receive 100% commission on every deal. The only cost is the $495 transaction fee, which covers everything—including E&O. Even better, this fee is capped at the first 10 transactions in a calendar year. After that, all additional deals are completely free. That means agents keep every dollar of commission on transactions beyond the tenth—no fees, no deductions.
